Have you run brew commands on that system before? I've only seen that error saying the brew command wasnt found if brew wasnt added to the path

Dont put yourself through the hassle of trying to migrate your systems; as others have suggested, erase and re-enroll is the way to go.

Have these systems previously been bound to AD? If so, have the objects been removed after the system was wiped? I have seen in the past where a device failed bind, and after deleting the object from AD the bind was completed successfully.
