In some of the Jamf videos I've looked at, it seems that in the past
there was a way to NOT create an additional local admin account and
still be able to skip account creation.Now with the latest version, it
seems I have to select "Create a local adm...
So it turns out our method was working ... it just took the OS ~4hrs to
install :-( We found out about it when we left some machines running
overnight and when we came back in the following morning, they were all
showing the Big Sur login screen.
