Since all the support tools for the casper/jamf suite are Mac OS only. How are you alls help desk team completing one of software installs. I.E help desk gets a call i need software ABC , how are they deploying it ?

@llitz123 you should be able to add the domain com.apple.desktopservices to your application settings in the config profile and deploy to all ![optional image ALT text]()

If you are using this script make sure you edit the installed version line to check for CFBundleVersion and not CFBundleShortVersionString as you will get a mismatch everytime and the script will continue to install the same version from the web each...

When you log into the system while on VPN in the terminal window use the command "id $USERNAME" if the command comes back no such user , then the device has lost its domain join. Run your bind policy again on the device then try to login.
