Anyone else notice that Bluetooth seems to be staying on when locked and
toggling Airplane mode on iOS 13? I've tested it on iOS 13.1.3 and 13.2,
Apple School manager seems to be connecting as it should.
I don't know how well the ethernet hub solution works but if you have a
Mac you don't need one. I usually just connect up to my Mac with a
lightning cable and System Preferences
