It's great that we can now prevent the upgrade of an iPad. However it seems that setting up a new iPad after the release forces you to run the update. Any way around this?
Upon further investigation it seems that setting up a device for a new user bypasses the update software screen - but restoring from an iCloud backup on a 11.4 iPad to another 11.4 iPad forces the upgrade to 12.
