Interesting — I've never seen that. I've seen the dialog that pops up
after a few seconds if the MDM is slow to respond but never anything
built into the login screen like that. Is that 11.6/11.52?
FYI, these variables aren't dynamic once on device, so if you use
#DEVICENAME it burns that name onto Home Screen and it doesn't update if
the device name changes. You need to remove and reapply the config to
get the new name.
