Composer, created the .pkg that included the .plist and the .pkg file.
Then tried both the postinstall script and the second script with JAMF

I am dealing with the same issue. I currently have a ticket open with
Trend to see if there is another solution or if they can get a better
deployment option. I hope to see a resolution soon. Unfortunately,
nothing else I have tried has worked.
