Is it possible to setup (configure) an "shared" location within the native iOS files app, that can be configured through a JAMF profile and pushed down on iPods/iPads?
Such as: smb://myservername or smb://myserveripaddress and tell it to use a specific username and password.
I have centralized folder on my network that everyone has access to. We are trying to move video files taken on our mobile iOS devices and get them on to our network. I have already figured out the correct permissions. I can make the above smb entry manually on each device with a specific username and password; which works. But would prefer to automate the process. Wasn't sure if this is possible?
